Does Pod replace my mattress?
No. The Cover goes on your existing mattress and connects to the Hub. A mattress and bed frame are not included. Follow Eight Sleep’s compatibility and setup instructions.
Is there an Autopilot payment at checkout?
No. This Hong Kong store includes Autopilot Standard free for life for HK and Macau Pod purchases. Optional upgrades are purchased in the Eight Sleep app after your Pod purchase.
How do the 14-day returns work?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used Pods are eligible if undamaged and returned with all original packaging, components and accessories. Customers pay return shipping. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.
Who provides the warranty?
Products supplied through our wholesale partner receive two years of direct Eight Sleep warranty service in Hong Kong and Macau, under the applicable warranty terms. Keep your order confirmation and product serial number for a claim.
