Yes. Hong Kong and Macau share the same HKD product prices, free standard shipping, 14-day return window and two-year warranty. Any delivery timing is confirmed for your order rather than promised here.
14-day returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used Pods are eligible if undamaged and returned with all original packaging, components and accessories. Customers pay return shipping. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.
2-year warranty
Products supplied through our wholesale partner receive two years of direct Eight Sleep warranty service in Hong Kong and Macau, under the applicable warranty terms. Keep your order confirmation and product serial number for a claim.
Hong Kong store exclusive
Included free for life with Pods purchased from our Hong Kong store, for delivery to Hong Kong or Macau. Choose your hardware here; optional plan upgrades are available later in the Eight Sleep app.
