Free standard shipping to Hong Kong and Macau

We offer free standard shipping on our Pod and Adjustable Base products to Hong Kong and Macau. Both markets use the same product prices in HKD. Select your destination and enter your full address at checkout.

Delivery arrangements

Product availability and delivery timing depend on your order and destination. We will communicate the delivery arrangements using the contact details on your order. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee; please wait for confirmation before making time-sensitive arrangements.

Optional delivery services

If an optional shipping method is available, its charge is shown at checkout before payment. Free standard shipping remains available for eligible Hong Kong and Macau delivery addresses.

Address and access

Provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. For large Base deliveries, ensure the product can pass through the building entrance, lift, staircase and bedroom access. Contact info@eightsleephk.com before dispatch if your address or access requirements change.

Delivery problems and returns

If a delivery is missing or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. For returns, consult our 14-day return policy. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping.
