Soundscapes and automatic snoring-response functions are described by the global brand; availability depends on the hardware, app and eligible plan. Do not assume optional software is included in Standard.

Does Pod replace my mattress?
No. Pod includes a Cover and Hub. It fits into a compatible existing sleep setup; check dimensions before buying. A mattress and bed frame are not included.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your mattress in centimetres. Choose Single 75/90 × 200 cm for one side, or 150/180/200 × 200 cm for full-bed coverage.
Is Autopilot an extra checkout payment?
No. This store includes lifetime Autopilot Standard with Pod purchases for Hong Kong and Macau. Optional upgrades are purchased in the app.
Can I add Base to Single?
No. Base is optional only for 1.5 m, 1.8 m and 2.0 m Pod sizes and matches the selected width.
Can I return an opened Pod?
Yes. Request a return within 14 days after delivery. It must be undamaged and complete with all original boxes, packaging, components and accessories. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; no restocking fee applies.
How do I report delivery damage or a wrong item?
Email info@eightsleephk.com with your order number and relevant photos. Keep the packaging and stop using an unsafe item. We will assess the issue and explain the remedy and return arrangements.
Who provides the warranty?
Products supplied through our wholesale partner receive direct two-year Eight Sleep warranty service in Hong Kong and Macau, subject to warranty terms. Keep the invoice and serial number.
Do you deliver to Macau?
Yes. Hong Kong and Macau use the same HKD product pricing and free standard shipping. Delivery timing is confirmed for your order; no fixed arrival date is promised here.
What if I already own a Pod?
Check your exact model and accessory compatibility before ordering. Do not assume different generations or parts are interchangeable.
