Eight Sleep Pod adds cooling and heating to the surface of your existing mattress through a Cover connected to a Hub. It is a bed temperature-control system, not a replacement mattress, air conditioner or dehumidifier.
What do you receive?
Pod includes a temperature-controlled Cover and a Hub. The Cover sits beneath your sheet on your existing mattress. The Eight Sleep App manages temperature preferences and supported sleep information. Full-bed sizes offer separate temperature settings for two sides; Solo / Single covers one side for one sleeper.
Available functions depend on hardware, app and plan. Pod is for comfort and sleep-trend information, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Planning for a Hong Kong bedroom
Start with three measurements: mattress width, length and thickness. The Pod size finder compares them with listed Cover widths. The Cover has a buffer for small local size variations: a 152.4 cm-wide Hong Kong 5-foot bed can use the 150 cm option.
Then plan the bed frame and Hub separately. Use the bedroom space calculator with the outside frame dimensions to estimate walking gaps. Place the Hub near suitable power and allow the connection and ventilation space required by the supplied model-specific instructions.
Pod controls the bed surface. Manage room ventilation, air temperature and humidity separately; it does not replace a room air conditioner or dehumidifier.
Full-bed Pod, Solo or optional Base?
Full-bed Cover options are 150, 180 and 200 × 200 cm. Solo options are 75 and 90 × 200 cm for one side. The Pod vs Solo comparison explains which coverage suits one or two sleepers.
Adjustable Base is an optional matching full-bed add-on, sold separately from Cover + Hub. It is not offered for Single. Before choosing Base, check mattress flexibility, bed-frame space and access through your building, lift and doors.
Hong Kong prices and membership
The Pod configurator displays current HKD prices for your selected size and any Base add-on. A Pod purchased from Eight Sleep HK for Hong Kong or Macau includes Autopilot Standard free. Optional paid upgrades are available in the Eight Sleep App after purchase under the app provider's terms.
Delivery, warranty and returns
Hong Kong and Macau receive free standard shipping. Pod includes direct two-year Eight Sleep warranty service, subject to its terms. A return can be requested within 14 days after delivery; opened products must be undamaged and complete with all original packaging and parts. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping.
